FLYPOWER 12V 100Ah LiFePO4 Battery Features and Specifications
Physical dimensions of the FLYPOWER 12V 100Ah LiFePO4 battery are (L x W x H) 13.07 x 6.93 x 8.66 inches (332 x 176 x 220 mm) - it belongs to BCI Group 31, although BCI Group 31 batteries feature slightly smaller size - 13 x 6.8125 x 9.4375 inches (330 x 173 x 240 mm).
But, the size difference is almost negligible.
Also, it weighs just 24.3 pounds (~11 kg) and is much lighter than the similar 12V 100Ah AGM/Gel-cell batteries.
The nominal voltage of FLYPOWER 12V 100Ah is 12.8 volts, with the charging voltage of 14.4 volts - typical values for Lithium Iron Phosphate batteries.
Nominal capacity is 100Ah, with the maximum continuous charging/discharging current of 100 Amps. The maximum surge current (3-5 seconds) is 200 Ah.
FLYPOWER 12V 100Ah lithium battery features smart BMS that monitors the battery parameters and if required, shut-off the battery.

Note: battery comes with a 12V 5A lithium battery charger that is able to recharge a fully discharged battery in 20 hours. However, since the battery support much stronger charging currents, a 20-30 Amps smart lithium battery charger is recommended - FLYPOWER 12V 100Ah lithium battery may be recharged using a dedicated charging port, or via its M8 battery terminals.
Stronger battery chargers may be used as well, but 20-30 Amps lithium battery chargers may recharge FLYPOWER 12V 100Ah lithium battery in 4 - 5 hours easily, without overheating the battery.
Also, never recharge any lithium battery using smart AGM battery chargers unless they have a dedicated charging mode for LiFePO4 batteries.
One of the huge advantages of FLYPOWER 12V 100Ah lithium battery over AGM/Gel-cell batteries is a large number of supported charging/discharging cycles, that vary between 3000 and 7000 cycles, depending on the DoD% (Depth of Discharge percentage) - although FLYPOWER 12V 100Ah lithium battery costs more than similar 12V 100Ah AGM/Gel-Cell batteries, this battery is actually cheaper in the long run.
Another advantage of FLYPOWER 12V 100Ah lithium battery over many other lithium batteries is that it can be freely connected in series and parallel to form battery packs with larger capacities and/or voltages.
Note: according to the manufacturer, FLYPOWER 12V 100Ah lithium battery may be even mixed with other similar LiFePO4 batteries as long as they have the same charging/discharging voltages and capacities. Personally, this is a big NO - never, but really never mix lithium batteries of different manufacturers in parallel/series connections, unless explicitly stated/confirmed by them that Model 'A' can be mixed/connected with Model 'B' in 'this' or 'that' configuration. These batteries store a huge amount of energy and they are not something to play with.
FLYPOWER 12V 100Ah Lithium Battery as Trolling Motor Battery
FLYPOWER 12V 100Ah lithium battery may be used as an excellent electric trolling motor battery.
FLYPOWER 12V 100Ah lithium battery can easily provide 55-60 Amps required by even the strongest electric trolling motors, regardless if they require 12V (1 battery), 24V (2 batteries connected in series), 36V (3 batteries connected in series), etc.
Also, if the drain current is reduced to, let's say, 25-30 Amps, FLYPOWER 12V 100Ah lithium battery is able to power such motors up to 3-4 hours, and that is a lot for a ~25 pounds battery.
Due to ultralight design, it can be used even as a kayak trolling motor battery.
However, note that very often trolling motors feature battery charge indicators calibrated for lead-acid (AGM, Gel-Cell, even wet/flooded) batteries and may display false charge levels of the battery, leading to safety issues.
FLYPOWER 12V 100Ah Lithium Battery as Power Inverter Battery
FLYPOWER 12V 100Ah lithium battery features a nominal voltage of 12.8 volts, with the discharge voltage being at least 90% over 12 volts during the discharge process.
Also, it can provide 100 Amps continuously and 200 Amps for 3-5 seconds.
Thus it can be used as an excellent power inverter battery for power inverters up to 1000W continuously and 2000W surge.
Note: power inverter's power is their output power, not their input power. 1000W power inverter with efficiency of 85% requires 1175W to operate properly and that is very close to the FLYPOWER 12V 100Ah lithium battery upper continuous limit.
Thanks to its ability to support connections in parallel and series, FLYPOWER 12V 100Ah lithium battery can be used to create a lightweight RV house battery pack, off-the-grid solar/wind battery pack, etc.
Long Story Short: If You are looking for a lightweight 12V 100Ah battery, consider this model if it fits your needs - it comes with a 5-year limited warranty, can be quickly recharged, it comes with its own charger (although only 5 Amps!), support a large number of charging/discharging cycles, etc.
At the moment, FLYPOWER 12V 100Ah lithium battery doesn't feature Bluetooth or WiFi connectivity or any similar 'advanced' remote feature, but that is the reason more why it is the preferred choice of many users.
